2K-PU-DISPENSING MACHINE

PRODUCTION

Our computer-controlled 2-component resin dispensing machine consists of a three-axis coordinate table. We encapsulate U-profiles, all types of housings or flat objects in various hardnesses up to 75 Shore D, also as job order encapsulation. With our special polyurethane encapsulation we achieve protection rates up to IP 69 K. Therefore our products are protected from dust, moisture and water or weather and mechanical influences. Crystal clear resin provides protection and a clear view. The opal white polyurethane encapsulation is suitable for homogeneous light distribution and for particularly hard and durable surfaces.

CHOP/MITRE SAWS

PRODUCTION

With a mitre saw, we produce profile cuts made of aluminium profiles with different dimensions. We cut the profiles to measure for optimal illumination. Angle- and fit-precisely cuts of profiles enable the perfect integration of our LED luminaires into your project.

SHEET METAL AND PLASTIC PROCESSING

PRODUCTION

Our luminaires are not exclusively made from aluminium profiles. We manufacture luminaire housings as special luminaires also of different sheets and plastics and shape them by bending, tilting, drilling, punching, lasering and glueing.

LUMINAIRE PARTS OF METAL AND PLASTICS

PRODUCTION

Luminaire housings consist of various parts made by turning, milling or lasering, which are assembled into one unit at bluleu and produced in small to large series.

CONVERSION OF LUMINAIRES AND LUMINAIRE ELEMENTS

PRODUCTION

Conversion and refurbishment of special luminaires to the latest LED technologies are required when older luminaires are no longer manufactured. We can reproduce or rework luminaire housings and equip them with the latest LED technology.

COATINGS

PRODUCTION

Powder coating, painting and laminating of profiles and luminaire parts for better corrosion properties, mechanical protection or beautiful surfaces as a design element are particularly popular.

SWITCH CABINETS / CONTROL BOXES

PRODUCTION

We produce complete LED controllers in housings or control cabinets to match your project, even with plug- and play solutions. Services adapted to the project with coordinated lighting control including programming of lighting scenes are proof of our competence.

AUTOMATIC LED EQUIPPING MACHINE "CD-LIGHTS"

PRODUCTION

We manufacture our "CD-Lights" on a special LED assembly system. The transparent board is made of a CD blank in shape and size and is unique in the world. As a special light source, it is suitable for many applications and is only available at bluleu.

In addition to planning and manufacturing, we have our own assembly team with years of experience in installing. This service makes our offer „Everything from a single source“ a reality. We guarantee professional installation in various areas and environments. Our technicians are specialized in the installation of our products on cruise ships and yachts as well as in facades and bridges. We work close to other project works, so that the project runs smoothly without wasting time.
